Leo Botto, Brewmaster:
Leonardo Botto is one of the pioneers of Craft Beer in Brazil. Founder and former President of ACervA - Carioca Craft Brewers Association, Craft Brewer, Beer Sommelier, Professor in Production Courses, Beer Sommelier and Brewing Technology, has graduated over 3,000 students across the country. As Judge participates in the main beer competitions in Latin America, as well as Grand Master of the Mais Globosat Canal Brewers Program. He also acts in the beer market as a Consultant for microbreweries, being the author of numerous recipes recognized and awarded in the main beer competitions.
