Die Perfümerie is one of Vienna’s hottest bars located in the city’s trendy 7th district. Die Perfümerie is understated and tropical in its decor, and the atmosphere is informal. The bar’s focus is on great cocktails, experimenting with different flavors and aromas. During the summer months the team from Die Parfümerie also run a summer pop-up: il Profumo Bar. Die Perfümerie is run by the same team behind Wolfgang Coffee, a specialty coffee shop just nearby on Zieglergasse. Gilles Reuter is the head of bar at Die Perfümerie; his focus is on finding the perfect balance and understanding the chemistry of flavors behind the drinks.
