After visiting Le Chateaubriand by Chef Iñaki Aizpitarte in France and Camden Kitchen by Chef Padraic Hayden in Ireland, Victor transformed his parents' art shop to open the restaurant, Petí Gastronomia in 2015 at only 25 years old. Today, the restaurant is listed as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, and has received the Good and Cheap Prize from Veja Comer e Beber 2015 and, in 2016, the Chef of Revelation award. As a close friend of the city's top chefs, Victor has already established 3 installments of his Petí restaurant and is recognized as one of the most amazing chefs in São Paulo.
