Sara Papa is a chef and baker. She has published 6 best-selling cookbooks, appeared on the show "Pane amore fantasia", as well as hosting her own show "La prova del cuoco." She has been a contributor to many magazines, such as Sale&Pepe, Cucina Moderna, A Tavola, Il Panificatore, and Alice Cucina. She is the first chef to promote the use of stone-ground flour and sourdough in Italy and teaches her techniques in cooking schools throughout Italy.
