About Yannick Achim
Yannick has explored and connected with some of the greatest artisan cheesemakers around the world. He's participated in many cheese events including Sélection Caseus des fromages fins du Québec, International des fromages de chèvre, Concours général agricole and Caseus Montanus in France. Yannick has also received multiple awards including Sélection Caseus Award in Belgium, International Caseus Award in Lyon, and twice for the American Cheese Society in both cities of Madison and Burlington.
His travels have allowed him to truly absorb this skilled craft and appreciate local traditions in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Great Britain and Canada. And today, his knowledge and passion comes through the quality products he's sharing with Montreal!
