Food blogger Stella Gebauer of b.eat.root studied Fashion Design and holds a Master’s degree in International Management. It was three years ago that she realized that anything that involved food is what she enjoys most. Since she was a child, there was one constant that Stella’s family life seemed to revolve around: food. Whether it was discussing what the family should eat, how she could prepare it or where she could buy the ingredients: food was seen as fundamental to the quality of life, even if it was just a simple thing such as a perfect soft boiled egg. Stella learned at a young age that cooking could be a source of true passion. Through pursuing this passion, she developed a fascination that allowed her to explore her creativity in the kitchen. Stella quickly established her own perspective on food, emphasizing the use of wholesome, consciously sourced ingredients.
