Xocolat Manufaktur is a craft business in the heart of Vienna and produces chocolate specialties from premium ingredients. For example, the dark couverture is made from a single-origin Criollo chocolate with more than 70% cocoa content. Only natural ingredients without flavoring and preservatives are processed in the Xocolat manufactury. Xocolat Manufaktur was founded in 2009 as a supplement to the Xocolat Shops, which have dedicated themselves to chocolate enjoyment at the highest level since 2001. The commitment of Xocolat for high-end chocolates and confectionery has been recognized, among other things, with the Trophée Gourmet award, which is considered the highest award for extraordinary achievements in the field of culinary culture in Austria.
