At CEBO, the culinary experience is based on the concept of contemporary, progressive and free cuisine, that is dedicated to the local product and refreshed every season. Those that dine at CEBO find the flavors, the technique and the service to be unforgettable, and as a result, the restaurant was recently awarded with its first Michelin star in the 2018 Edition of the prestigious guide. CEBO is a lifetime culinary project full of energy, designed by Aurelio Morales, who is now defining and developing his own cuisine after learning and assuming positions of leadership and creativity in great gastronomic areas throughout the country. CEBO has a great Mediterranean influence, but still Morales does not forget his Madrid origins to round his style.
