On a quiet corner of Jungfrugatan and Tyskbagargatan, in the more discreet quarters of Östermalm in Stockholm, we have for almost twenty years presented and served our personal interpretation of the food and the food culture of the eastern Mediterranean region, with an emphasis on Greece and Turkey. The Swedish fishing scene's biggest star Claes "Svartzonker" Claesson and priceless™ invite you to a dinner and inspirational evening for all fishing enthusiasts. Enjoy fish for dinner while Claes talks about fishing, his career in the fishing world and in television, and about his recent book Slackhugg!. After many years in the restaurant business, both as a restaurant owner and chef, Claesson retrained as a teacher. But when the interest in his baits grew, he decided to dedicate himself full-time to the bait business Svartzonker Sweden. Today Svartzonker produces both bait and rods and is respected internationally for its craftsmanship and delivering great results. Claesson is also famous for hosting the tv-shows Fiskefeber, where he took Swedish celebrities fishing, and Kniven mot strupen, where he went back to his role as chef, helping struggling restaurants. He can now add author to his résumé as well, with the recent publication of his book Slackhugg!, a lifestyle, food and fishing guide for both fishing and food enthusiasts.
