CLAW started life back in 2015 when they discovered that, Britain export approximately 80% of its crab to the rest of Europe and even Asia. Sustainability is at the heart of their business. They aim to source as much produce from the UK as possible and try to keep their menu up to date with the seasons. Taking out the middle men, they deal directly with sustainable fishermen to ensure that they receive the best produce. The crab and lobster comes from Favis in Salcombe, trout from the chalk streams in Hampshire, oysters from Colchester and all our meat from H.G. Walter. Over the last two years they've traded at markets throughout London, festivals across the UK and ran pop-ups at various restaurants and bars.
