The Water House Project

The Water House Project is a fine-dining supper club based in Bethnal Green, East London. It is the creation of chef Gabriel Waterhouse, formally of 1 michelin starred Galvin la Chapelle and 3 time Michelin starred chef Herbert Berger at Inn Holders Hall. In Gabriel's own words: 'In 2015 I left the grand surrounds of Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle with the aim of creating a platform that made fine-dining accessible. I bought a table from Ikea and began welcoming diners into my Bethnal Green home for a more informal, communal culinary experience.' Since then, The Water House Project has hosted thousands of hungry diners, been featured in TimeOut and Monocle magazine and was awarded 'Top 5 London supper club' status by The Evening Standard. The Evening Standard magazine describe the supper club as "michelin quality without the stuffiness". What makes it priceless? Enjoy the unique atmosphere of a fine dining supper club in an elegant kitchen and tile studio. This experiential culinary journey is offered to MC in the way of an exclusive pre-sale.
