Stiltsville Fish Bar in Miami’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood serves up locally sourced seafood and Caribbean-inspired drinks in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Stiltsville was founded by chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth. Between the two of them, Chef Jeff and Chef Janine have been behind the openings of some of the most launded restaurants in Miami and beyond, including Yardbird, Sarsaparilla Club, and Root & Bone in New York City. The chefs have both appeared on Bravo’s Emmy award-winning Top Chef, putting their personalities and talent front and center on a national stage.
