Santceloni is a story that began to be written in 2001, when it received its first Michelin star. It only took the restaurant two years to earn its second one. 18 years later, the story of Santceloni continues to be written by the hand of Chef Óscar Velasco, David Robledo as sommelier, and Abel Valverde as front-of-the-house manager. The three, along with Montse Abellá for the sweet part, have been part of this team since the beginning. Located in the Hotel Hesperia Madrid, Santceloni carries out a strategy of changing the global approach in the experience that connects its three pillars: kitchen, sitting room and wine cellar.
