The Los Angeles Dodgers are a member of Major League Baseball (MLB) competing in the National League West division. Established in 1883 in Brooklyn, New York, the team moved to Los Angeles just before the 1958 season and have called Dodger Stadium home since 1962. Dodger Stadium is the third oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball with the highest seating capacity. As a franchise, the Dodgers are one of the most storied teams in league history with six World Series titles and 22 National League pennants.
