- A central box for 34 people and 2 adjoining boxes for 6 people each with cocktail access are reserved for Mastercard World Legend cardholders
- 40 premium stalls seats (rows 5 to 15) are available for Mastercard Black cardholders
- The pre-performance reception is held in the Ala Tucumán of the Salón Dorado
- Alcoholic beverages are served at the pre-performance reception
- Participants must be 18 years old or older to consume alcohol
- Premium stalls tickets include one pass to a 45-minute guided tour of the Teatro Colón; the tour date is chosen at purchase from four available dates (14 November, 12 December, 30 January or 13 February, 11:30 AM), subject to availability of 20 spots per date
- Box seats do not include the guided tour pass
- Doors open at 7:15 PM and the performance starts at 8:00 PM
- Latecomers watch the first act via live broadcast in the Sala Samsung and are seated in the main hall for the second act
- Formal dress code is required at the Teatro Colón
- Ground transfer to and from the theatre is not included
- Tickets are issued digitally and delivered by e-mail as e-tickets
- Responsible consumption of alcohol is recommended
