You'll sip a welcome cocktail while learning the history of Mount Gay Rum—which has been continuously producing rum in Barbados since 1703—before joining an expert for a guided tasting of four signature expressions. After mixing things up during an interactive cocktail-making session, you'll sit down to a tantalising Bajan feast prepared by a talented local chef.
