Learn survival skills in Australia's Gubbi Gubbi Country
Be greeted with a welcome ceremony, train under Rick J. Petersen of Alone Australia, and savour an Arrernte bush lunch
More...The Experience
Discover some of the secrets of outback survival during a unique workshop in Gubbi Gubbi Country. You'll experience a Welcome to Country—a traditional ceremony led by a local Elder to welcome visitors to the Elder's ancestral lands. You'll then train in survival skills with bushcraft and survival teacher Rick J. Petersen, with a focus on sterilising water, applying snake-bite first aid, and deploying emergency signals. Plus, you'll enjoy lunch prepared by Tanika Orr, an Arrernte woman and talented bushfood chef. Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.
