When do packages go on sale?

Packages will go on sale at 11AM local time (CEST during summer, CET during winter) – exactly 2 weeks before the day of each match listed (from matchday 2 onwards).

Note: This timing may differ for the UK, Greece, and Turkey due to local time zone differences.

 

Can I purchase a package if I am not in one of the countries listed as eligible for donation?

Yes, you may still purchase a package even if your country is not eligible for donation.

Note: The proceeds from the sale of packages (excluding applicable sales, use, or similar taxes) to cardholders residing in any of the following countries will be contributed to the UEFA Foundation for Children (registration number 3295644): Mexico, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the UK, Spain, Croatia, Germany, Austria, Greece, France, Italy, Sweden, South Africa, Puerto Rico, Chile, Japan, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands.

 

Is anyone under the age of 18 allowed to attend this experience?

Guests must be 18 or older to attend, and a valid ID is required.

 

Can I purchase the package for someone else?

Yes, only if both the transferee and the guest are 18+ only. Please note, identification details will be required from the transferee and guest. Packages cannot be resold, only gifted.

 

Are the packages refundable?

No, once purchased, the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another package.

 

What happens if the match is postponed or cancelled?

If a match is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the match is cancelled, you will be offered a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances. 

 

What do you get with the Champions Club hospitality? (Hospitality pages only)

The Champion's Club is a hospitality area that you will have access to before, during (where applicable) and after the match you are attending. At The Champions Club pre-match and post-match, you will be able to enjoy a range of complimentary food and drinks, before taking to your premium Category 1 seats.

Please note, The Champions Club varies for each stadium venue, so we are unable to confirm specific information beyond this.

 

How did the packages sell out so quickly?

Due to high demand, tickets sold out quickly, and our system can only process transactions for those who were first to check out to prevent overselling. We recommend keeping an eye on priceless.com for the latest updates and announcements. You can also add yourself to the waitlist for sold-out matches to be notified if additional availability opens up. 

 

I made a purchase, what should I expect next?

A member of our partner fulfilment team will email you with information and when to expect your tickets. Please allow up to 2 business days from the time of purchase for the fulfilment team to contact you. If you have not heard from them within that time, please take a quick look in your junk or spam folder before reaching out to us — we will be happy to help you. 

 

When will I receive my tickets?

Ticket distribution timelines can vary. Typically, match tickets are sent out on the Monday before the match, but in some cases—depending on the club—they may be issued the day before or even on the day of the match. As long as you have received your booking confirmation from priceless.com and our fulfilment team, you can feel confident proceeding with travel arrangements.

 

Can you tell me my seat number and section for the match?

Your seat number and section will be provided with your tickets, which are typically distributed on the Monday before the match or, in some cases, the day before or the day of the match. Please note that we are unable to confirm this information in advance, as seat allocation is managed directly by the clubs.

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, all tickets are digital and will be emailed to you leading up to the match. We recommend that you take a screenshot or download the ticket in case you experience connectivity issues when you arrive at the venue.   

 

I can no longer attend the match, and I cannot find anyone to transfer the package to.

Packages are non-refundable. We advise you transfer the package to a family member or a friend.

 

What is my position on the waitlist?

We are unable to confirm your exact position on the waitlist. However, we recommend checking the event pages after packages have sold out, as additional inventory may become available. Please note that we are unable to confirm directly if more packages will be released. If you receive an automated waitlist email from priceless.com, we suggest reviewing the details carefully to ensure that any newly released inventory aligns with the team or match you wish to book.
