When are tickets available for purchase?
Tickets can be booked from 10:00 AM CET on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, until 11:59 PM CET on Sunday, March 8, 2026, or until all packages sell out.
Essential information to note:
• Each package is for two people, with a maximum purchase limit of two packages (4x tickets) – single tickets are not available.
• For specific package on-sale times please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the experience page.
• Rounds 1-4 are on sale Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM CET
•Quarterfinals are on sale Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM CET
• Semi-finals and Finals are on sale Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM CET

What does "Men's Semi-final #1" and "Men's Semi-final #2" mean?
There are two separate ticket types for the men's semi-finals:
• Men's Semi-final #1– Ticket is valid for the first match of the day
• Men's Semi-final #2– Ticket is valid for the second match of the day

Can I choose which tennis player(s) to watch?
No, as the tournament draw and schedule are not determined in advance, you cannot select a specific player.

How many tickets are included in a package?
Each package includes two tickets seated next to each other.

Can I transfer or gift my tickets?
No – tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold, resold, transferred, exchanged, or gifted. Violation of this policy may result in ticket cancellation. Please note, the name of the guests attending will need to be on the ticket – the main ticket holder must be in attendance with their guest(s) for entry.

How many packages can I buy?
Each cardholder can purchase a maximum of two packages (4x tickets) per tournament stage on priceless.com:
• Round 1-4: Up to 2 packages
• Quarterfinals: Up to 2 packages
• Semi-finals: Up to 2 packages
• Finals: Up to 2 packages

Is accessible seating available during the presale?
If you require accessible seating, please note that these tickets are not available during the presale.
You will be able to book accessible seating when the dedicated ticket offer for guests with reduced mobility opens on April 1 at 10:00 AM CET. You can find more information about the process here on the terms and conditions page.

Are the prices listed per person?
No, all prices on the website are for two tickets per package.

Is there an age requirement?
Cardholders and their guest(s) must be aged 18 or over.
Please Note: The event organizer reserves the right to request proof of identification at the event. Failure to present valid ID may result in removal from the event without eligibility for a refund.

Are there additional fees associated with the purchase?
There are no additional fees.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
Packages are non-refundable. To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

What if the event is cancelled or affected by weather?
Since the stadium is covered, the event will go ahead in all weather conditions. If the event must be cancelled due to Force Majeure, you will receive a full refund. Should any part of your package be delayed or unavailable, the Priceless team at Mastercard will inform you promptly.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be issued by mid-May 2026, ahead of the Roland-Garros tournament. This is because the tickets are required to be issued through the official Roland-Garros ticketing platform, which will become available in May.
Please Note: tickets are unable to be issued before this date, but we advise you to proceed with making all travel and accommodation bookings.

How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are e-tickets and will be delivered via email to the registered email address associated with your priceless.com account. The tickets will be sent directly to you from the Roland-Garros ticketing platform. You will receive download instructions when receiving your ticket.

Is my ticket valid for the entire day?
No, tickets are valid only for the specific session you purchased.

Where will my seats be located?
The seating plan on the experience page provides a general view of the seating arrangement. However, exact seat locations will be confirmed later by the tournament.

Will my seats be together if I purchase multiple packages?
Tickets within the same package are always next to each other. If you purchase more than one package, we will make every effort to seat them together, but this cannot be guaranteed. If this is not possible, seats will be arranged in pairs so that no one sits alone.

Does the stadium allow guest to re-enter?
There is no re-entry to the Stadium grounds - all exits are final.
