What is the Mastercard Enrique Iglesias Live presale benefit?     
On October 30th, 2025, Enrique Iglesias will be live in concert! Mastercard cardholders can enjoy an exclusive 7-day presale access to the event concert tickets, ahead of the general sale.

What are the presale dates?  
The presale window opens on June 20th at 12 PM IST and runs through June 27th at 12 PM IST. 

What happens if I miss the event presale? Can I still buy tickets during the general sale and are any cardholder offers available?
Yes, if you miss the presale, you can still purchase event tickets during the general sale. Mastercard cardholders are eligible for an exclusive 10% discount on the ticket price, up to a maximum of INR 1000, from June 27, 2025, after 5 PM IST to July 26,2025 till 5 PM IST. The discount is limited to one transaction per valid Mastercard card and is subject to ticket availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

What venue will the Enrique Iglesias concert be at?
The concert will take place at the MMRDA Grounds event center in Mumbai, India.

Where will Mastercard presale or discounted tickets be available for purchase? 
Presale and discounted ticket opportunities will be listed on priceless.com under the Entertainment category.  Once you select a show, you will be redirected to our ticketing partner, Zomato District, to complete your purchase using your Mastercard. 

Is this presale or discount offer only available to certain Mastercard types or issuing banks?
The presale and discount offer are available to all Mastercard cardholders with a valid Mastercard.  

Is there a limited number of presale tickets or discount offer tickets available to cardholders? 
Yes, a limited number of presale tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed.      

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase during presale and discount offer?
Yes, you can purchase up to 4 tickets per registered user on Zomato District using a valid Mastercard during the presale period, and a maximum of 10 tickets per registered user on Zomato District using a valid Mastercard card under the discount offer.   

Is there a limit number of transactions which I can make?
Yes, you can make a maximum of two transactions per registered user on Zomato District for the event.   

What happens if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled? 
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the event organizer will contact you with the new event date. Unless otherwise noted, your original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund. If the event is cancelled and is not being rescheduled, you will be issued a refund  . Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?
No, tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by the organizer, and you are eligible for a refund.

Can I make changes to my presale ticket order? 
No, all presale ticket sales are final, and no changes can be made after purchase.

I am experiencing an issue viewing presale events on priceless.com, what can I do? 
If you are experiencing a technical issue on priceless.com contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that if a presale window has closed or the event is sold out you will not be able to access or purchase tickets for the event.  

I am unable to complete my transaction on the ticket provider’s website, what do I do? 
For all checkout and technical issues, please contact District by Zomato, the ticketing partner’s customer support team at events@district.in. For all credit card related inquiries or denied transactions, please contact Mastercard's customer support    or dial the number on the back of your Mastercard to reach your issuing bank.

Is there an age restriction for Enrique Iglesias events?
Yes, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to attend the event .

Is a ticket required for permitted children?
Yes, children between the ages of 5 and 15 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available at the venue? 
No, parking is not available at the venue. We strongly encourage attendees to use public transportation to get to the venue  . 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.  

Are there accommodations for individuals with disabilities?
Currently, specific accommodations—such as dedicated seating or accessibility services—are not available for individuals with disabilities. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the dress code for the event?
There is no specific dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the occasion.

Will food and alcohol be available at the venue?
Yes, food and alcohol will be available for purchase at the venue.

Is re-entry into the venue allowed?
No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit, you will not be allowed to enter.

Is there a designated smoking area?
Yes, a designated smoking area will be available at the venue.
