What happens if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the event organizer will contact you with the new event date. Unless otherwise noted, your original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event date, you may request a refund. If an event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, you will be issued a refund. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?
No, tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by the organizer, and you are eligible for a refund as per the event Terms & Conditions.
Can I make changes to my presale ticket order?
No, all presale ticket sales are final, and no changes can be made after purchase.
