What are Blind Auctions?
On occasion, priceless™ has access to extremely rare items. In these cases, to be fair to those interested, we may choose to conduct a Blind Auction.
As a general rule, you cannot retract or cancel a bid once placed. By bidding, you agree to pay for the lot if you are the winner. Priceless will authorize your credit card for 10% of the bid amount as a deposit. You may increase your bid at anytime, and you will not be charged until you are deemed the winner.
At the end of the General Round, the top five bidders will have the opportunity to participate in the Final Round. The Final Bidders will be contacted via email simultaneously and have 24 hours to increase their bid if they wish.

As a general rule, You cannot retract or cancel a bid once placed. Once You place a bid, You agree to pay for the lot if you are the winning bidder.
At Traina Interactive or Sellers' sole discretion, the auction may be comprised of two parts: the initial round of bids in which the auction is open to all users (“General Round”) and the final round of bids in which bids may be made only by the top five bidders in the General Round ("Final Round").
Bids can be increased at any time before the General Round closes, the Final Round closes or the auction closes, as applicable.
Immediately following Your bid, Traina Interactive will authorize Your credit card for 10% of the bid amount as a deposit. (“credit card authorization”).
At the end of the General Round, the top five bidders (“Final Bidders”) whose bids have received credit card authorization will have the opportunity to participate in the Final Round. The Final Bidders will be contacted via email simultaneously and have 24 hours from point of contact to rebid.
After the auction is complete, the winning Buyer can switch payment methods to check or wire transfer by immediately providing written notice to Traina Interactive.
Payment in full must be received within seven (7) calendar days after the auction has closed. Failure to pay the full amount of Your bid within such seven (7) calendar day period will result in loss of the auction lot (the lot will be offered to the next highest bidder) and Your deposit will be forfeited.
Payment
When will I receive payment for my products & services?
fOnly will only take a commission each time you sell an experience. We pay our luminaries at the beginning and middle of each month (on the 1st and the 15th). The date you receive your payment will depend on your selected payment type (see options below).
Payouts differ by product type:
Physical Products, Digital Products, and Event Tickets:
We will payout 100% of your share, plus all applicable sales tax in the following pay period after the item is shipped - on the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes firstIn-person or Digital Experiences
We will payout 50% of your share in the following pay period after the experience is scheduled (at the point where both you and the customer agree on time and/or location and the experience is “booked”) - on the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes firstUpon completion of the experience, the remaining 50% of your share, plus all applicable sales tax will be paid out to you in the following pay period - on the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes first
Luminaries have a choice between two payout methods:
Direct Deposit (ACH) - arrives within 3 business days after we payCheck - arrives in the mail within 10 business days after we pay
