- Experience is for up to two (2) guests to participate in the Honorary Observer program at the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Resorts
- Auction winner will receive a follow-up email from allison.mendelsohn@octagon.com within 1 business day of auction close about scheduling the experience
- Honorary Observer experience takes place at the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am from Thu, Feb 11 – Sun, Feb 14, 2021 (Dates subject to change, exact date of experience will be determined approximately 3 months prior to tournament start date)
- Experience is approximately eight (8) hours (Itinerary will be available closer to the event date)
- Auction winner must be 21+ years of age (guest can be 16+ years of age)
- Auction winner and one (1) guest will receive a combined voucher of 160,000 AA miles (80K miles per person) that can be applied towards two (2) roundtrip flights
- Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangments by depositing their voucher at www.depositaamiles2.com
- Experience includes a two-night stay at a local hotel (final details on hotel accommodations will be provided during booking and it's recommended that guests arrive the day before the event)
- Room upgrades are not available and are at the cost of the guest
- Ground transportation is not included
- Guests will be provided up to a US$500 meal credit to use at Pebble Beach Resorts
- If the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is canceled or held without fans, a similar experience will be offered at an alternative tournament
- Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their assigned group's tee time (The tournament will communicate the timing closer to the event date)
- While walking inside the ropes, phones must be turned off completely during the round so as not to disturb the golfers
- Autographs and photos with the Ambassador are allowed during the meet & greet (when inside the ropes the guests cannot ask for any autographs/photos from the players)
- Experience will be in English
- Waiver of compliance and/or release may be required at Pebble Beach Resorts. Mandatory quarantine may apply to those traveling across state borders; please check local travel regulations to determine if this applies to you
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances with vendors’ schedules, experiences may be canceled or rescheduled
- This experience is non-refundable at the point of purchase
- This item may not be resold or re-auctioned in any circumstance
- All auction bids are final and non-retractable
- Participants should consult with their individual tax adviser regarding the proper tax treatment of their bids
