- 45-minute performance for five (5) to 20 guests followed by a 15-minute Q & A
- Performance by four (4) Broadway actors
- Time, date and location to be mutually agreed upon Must be scheduled at least three (3) weeks in advance and limited to Monday evenings, Sundays at noon, or Sunday evenings
- From September 1: Concerts can only be scheduled on Monday due to performance schedule
- Song requests can be made up to two weeks before the performance
- Performance includes live pianist to accompany the perfomers
