La Distillerie
La Distillerie opened the doors to their first of three locations in May of 2005. The second in 2008 and then the third location in 2010. The mason jar is La Distillerie's drink container of choice, following a brainstorm between founders Philippe and his brother Jonathan, because in addition to reminding them of their Grandma's compote, it makes life easier behind the bar: simply mix the cocktail with the lid and then serve!
