What is the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass?
Mastercard, in collaboration with McLaren and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), proudly introduces the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass, a digital affinity program crafted exclusively for FAB Mastercard cardholders in the UAE. How do I know if I am eligible?
To participate, you must have a valid FAB issued Mastercard card.  If you are unsure about your card’s eligibility or would like to apply for a qualifying FAB Mastercard card, you may contact FAB customer support for assistance.

Enrollment

How can I enroll in the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass?
Enrollment in simple: 

1. Open your FAB banking app  
2. Tap on the promotion banner for McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass 
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your personalized digital card design and pay the one-time fee of 180 AED  
4. Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome email – and your journey into exclusive Mastercard McLaren F1 experiences begins! 

Please allow up to 12 hours after enrollment for your access to merchandise discount and exclusive content to be fully activated and for the card design to appear on the cardholder’s wallet. 

Who should I contact if I have errors during the enrollment process?
If you encounter any problems during enrollment, contact us and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

When will I be charged for the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass?
You will be charged a one-time fee of 180 AED at the time of enrollment once you have selected your digital card design and complete the sign-up process. Your subscription will start once you complete enrollment and is currently set to end in November 2026. Please note that this end date may change at Mastercard’s discretion, so we recommend checking for updates periodically.

How is my personal information protected during enrollment?
Mastercard prioritizes the security of your personal data McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass using multiple layers of protection for all information collected during your enrollment in the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass. When you enroll in the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass, your data is managed in accordance with Mastercard’s Global Privacy and Data Protection Policy. When will my subscription begin, and when will it end after I enroll in the program?
Your subscription will begin as soon as you complete the enrollment process and is currently scheduled to end in November 2026. Please note that the end date is subject to change at Mastercard’s discretion, so we recommend checking for updates periodically.

Does my subscription renew automatically at the end of the billing period?
No. Your subscription will not renew automatically; you will need to register again if you’d like to continue. Do not worry, you will receive a reminder before your billing period ends, so you have time to rejoin.

Daily Use/Benefits Redemption

How can I redeem the benefits from the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass program?
Once you sign up for the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass, you will receive a confirmation email. For the associated benefits, they will be delivered as follows: 

 • Video content drop will be delivered via email with a link to hosted microsite to access the content 
 • A 10% merchandise discount code to apply at check-out on the McLaren online store will be provided via Mastercard’s Priceless welcome email  
 • A McLaren hat that will be sent to your address on file, if you are among the first 1,000 fans to sign up (note: We will be working with a local fulfillment agency who will need to reach out to you at the phone number provided during checkout and confirm your mailing address.  The hats will be fulfilled after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix). 
 • Automatic registration in McLaren Plus, McLaren’s free-to-join fan engagement program

What should I do if the selected card design is not showing up on my digital wallet?
Please allow up to 12 hours for your chosen card design to appear in your digital wallet. If the problem persists after this period, please contact your issuing bank. 

Will I be issued a new physical card with the selected card design? 
No. This program is fully digital, and no new physical card will be issued. Your existing card will not change and will continue to work as usual. 

Will I be granted access to the F1 Grand Prix?  
No. Signing up for the McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass program does not provide access to races. Please see all the associated program benefits at McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass. 

Card Issues

What should I do if my card expires, is lost, or stolen?  
Since your McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass subscription is linked directly to your existing bank card, please contact your bank’s customer support line to report the issue and request a replacement. This will not interfere with your McLaren Racing Mastercard Pass experience. 

Cancellation & Offboarding

How do I cancel my subscription? 
The one-time fee is charged upfront and is non-refundable. However, you can opt out of receiving emails related to the program, if you desire by unsubscribing from email communications.  

I do not want to continue the program—how do I request a refund? 
The one-time fee is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period. 

If I rejoin, do I keep my benefits? 
Benefits do not carry over from past subscriptions. If you rejoin, a new billing period will begin, and all perks and benefits will restart.
