Novikov Miami is the first United States outpost of the internationally known Chinese-Japanese restaurant, presenting Pan-Asian cuisine in Downtown Miami. The menu ranges from robata grill and wok dishes to an extensive selection of dim sum and sushi, presented with attention to color, texture and flavor, and prepared from carefully selected ingredients.
