Celia Brooks founded Gastrotours, the original London tasting tour company, in 2002. She has run the official Borough Market food tour since 2005 with an exclusive license from the Market. She is the author of 9 internationally published cookbooks including "SuperVeg" (Murdoch Books, 2018). She makes frequent TV appearances in the UK and US. She lives in London.
