Mānoa Chocolate is a Hawaii-based chocolate maker known for being socially responsible through direct trade of fine cacao beans from around the world. Whenever the Hawaiian cacao supply is available, Mānoa sources as much as possible from local farms. They are a part of the growing Bean-to-Bar movement in the chocolate industry, moving away from mass production and focusing on smaller batches and fine quality.
