Coque has moved to the traditional district of Chamberí, where it continues to offer diners a unique gastronomic experience thanks to Chef Mario Sandoval. With a cuisine based on locally sourced products, fermented foods, and the chef's most favoured ingredient, eggs, it also features the results of Sandoval's latest culinary research which he has done in collaboration with CSIC researchers. Michelin Guide confirms its talent by maintaining its two stars in 2019 edition. The restaurant run by the Sandoval brothers covers an area of 1,100 square metres, spread over two floors, and can seat up to 70 diners.
