Ikoyi one of last year's most critically acclaimed openings, is the London restaurant interpreting West African ingredients to create unique dishes. The ever-evolving menu is born from the exploration of ingredients - distinct from the culture they have developed from - and applied to the highest quality produce. All are treated in a non-derivative way by Head Chef and Co-founder Jeremy Chan whose experience in the kitchens at Noma, Hibiscus and Dinner shines through.
