On March 23, 2024 and July 11, 2024, treat your body to an exceptional yoga experience within the prestigious Palais Garnier, the world's most famous Opéra. Join us for a 55-minute fluid and dynamic class open to all levels, to work on flexibility and strengthen muscles. The class will be led by the talented instructor Natalie in the Rotonde du Glacier. This magnificent space will be presented to you before the yoga class. It is adorned with a ceiling painted by the artist Georges Jules Victor Clairin, was originally dedicated to spectators who enjoyed refreshments during intermissions. The eight Gobelins tapestries arranged between the windows depict various beverages that could be ordered: coffee, tea, wine, as well as fishing and hunting. You will leave with souvenir gifts to continue your practice at home: a yoga mat and its case, as well as a water bottle in Mastercard colors. The class will be given in French and English. This experience is offered as part of a partnership between Mastercard and the Paris National Opera. It is exclusively reserved for Mastercard cardholders.
