The Priceless Cities web site http://www.priceless.com (the "Site") is a promotional program bringing experiences, offers, and content to MasterCard cardholders (“Priceless Cities”) by MasterCard Europe ("MasterCard"). The Site provides you with access to a Priceless World of experiences, promotional offers, card benefits and relevant content.
The Site is a benefit for MasterCard cardholders. We are bringing to you a Priceless "World" of adventures, offers, experiences and other benefits. Benefits of the Site include one of a kind offers and experiences. Email reminders can be set to keep you up to date on the newest offers and experiences. Certain offers will be exclusive to World Elite, World and Platinum cardholders only. To take advantage of these exclusive offers you will be required to sign up an eligible Premium MasterCard that was issued in your name and for which you have payment responsibility in the Program. Your Premium MasterCard can be identified on the front or back of your card. For the purposes of this Program, the following conditions apply to your use of the Site: (i) your Premium MasterCard card or your MasterCard card has to be issued by a Swedish financial institution to you; (ii) you must be at least 18 years of age; (iii) you must be a legal resident of Sweden; and (iv) all authorization, settlement and clearance ("Switching") is completed through the MasterCard Global Clearance and Processing System. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all activities and conduct by you or anyone else that are conducted through your account because you did not maintain the security and confidentiality of your account. If you sign up as a user of the Site, you can establish a MasterCard ID account ("Account"). If you do not establish an Account you cannot sign up for the Site. Do not reveal your Account information to anyone else, and we recommend that you do not store or save the Account information somewhere that is accessible by others, such as an unlocked desk drawer, or as a contact detail on your computer. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify MasterCard of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your MasterCard ID or password, or any other security breach of your Account. MasterCard shall not be responsible for any losses or other damage arising out of or resulting from the unauthorized use of your Account. Once you have authenticated your Account, you will not need to authenticate again for 30 minutes. Sign up information
When signing up for the Site or providing information for your MasterCard ID, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (“Sign up Information”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Sign up Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. You or
your organization, as is applicable, are/is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and any usage and activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree not to allow others to access your account or utilize your password. You may not (a) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to MasterCard’s services or systems; (b) use or attempt to use MasterCard’s services or systems in any manner that is not expressly authorized by MasterCard (c) disrupt, damage or impede the operations of MasterCard’s services or systems; (d) sign up or attempt to sign up on Site through fraudulent or illegal means; (e) circumvent or attempt to circumvent MasterCard’s security mechanisms, or (f) create registration accounts by automated means. Rite to Use Site Content
