MasterCard International Incorporated (doing business as MasterCard Worldwide) and its affiliates (collectively, "MasterCard") respect your privacy. This document is the privacy notice for MasterCard’s Priceless Bahamas program (hereinafter the “Privacy Notice”). The Privacy Notice describes with reference to the Priceless Bahamas program (hereinafter, the “Program”): the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our use of the personal information that you may provide in connection with the Program. This Privacy Notice is applicable to your participation in the Program when you complete your registration/enrollment to participate on the same the Program’s website. In this Privacy Notice we also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.
By completing your registration/enrollment as participant in the Program you thereby accept this Privacy Notice, and you grant your express consent and authorization to MasterCard to collect, process use and store your personal information solely for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. Personal Information We Collect
Besides and separate from the Program it is possible that MasterCard obtains personal information about your from other different sources.
As a processor of electronic payment transactions and provider of related services, we obtain a limited amount personal information about you from financial institutions, merchants and other entities in connection with your electronic payment transactions.
In this context, we receive that card account number, the merchant name and location, the date and the total amount of transaction. Importantly, we do not receive the cardholder’s name or other contact information to process transactions.
We also may obtain information about you from companies that use other MasterCard products or services and publicly available information systems.
In addition, you may choose to submit information directly to us. You may do so, for example, on our websites, in connection with a MasterCard product or service, when you participate in an offer or promotion or in connection with an actual or potential business or employment relationship with us.
For processing of electronic payment transactions the types of personal information we may obtain are:
· Payment Account Number
· Transaction Amount
· Transaction Date
· Transaction Location
· Merchant’s name
· Merchant’s location
For other types of services that MasterCard provides, the types of personal information we may obtain are:
· Contact information (such as name, postal or e-mail address, and phone)
· Business contact information (such as job title, department and name of organization)
· Username and password
· Payment account information
· Contact information for friends or other people you would like us to contact
· Content you provide (such as photographs, articles and comments)
· Mobile device unique identifier
· Geo-location data
· Other information (such as shopping behavior and preferences, language preference, age, date of birth, gender and family status)
We collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons, when you visit our websites. The information we collect in this manner includes IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, information on actions taken on a website, and dates and times of website visits. A “cookie” is a text file placed on a computer’s hard drive by a web server. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, is used to transmit information back to a web server.
The personal information that we will collect from you upon your registration/enrollment as participant in the Program is the following: your name, your last name, your email address, your preferred language, your postal zip code, and the first eight (08) digits of any MasterCard card (credit or debit) is issued on your name in the Bahamas.

How We Use Personal Information We Collect
We may use the personal information we obtain about you to:
· Create and manage your Program participant online account with us and respond to your inquiries.
· Respond to your inquiries.
· To submit to you via email information about the Program, as well as about other MasterCard products, programs and services.
· To provide you with information and communicate with you in relation to the Program, as well as information about products, services and promotions (including contests, sweepstakes and other offers) that may be offered through the Program to its participants.
· Protect you against and/or prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and other liabilities
· Operate, evaluate and improve our Program and business (including developing new products and services; managing our communications; determining the effectiveness of our advertising; analyzing our products, services and websites; facilitating the functionality of our websites)
· Monitor the use of and improve our interactive assets
· Perform data analytic activities which include the anonymization of personal information, and the preparing and furnishing other aggregated reports (such as, but not limited to, the following: compilations, analyses, analytical and predictive models and rules, and other aggregated reports for the purpose of advising our issuing and acquiring institutions, merchants and other customers and partners regarding past and potential future patterns of spending, fraud, and other insights that may be extracted from transactional data)
· Comply with applicable legal requirements and industry standards and our notice

Personal Information We Share
We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described here in or otherwise as we disclose to you at the time the data is collected.
We may share personal information we collect with our affiliates, financial institutions and other entities that issue payment cards or process electronic payment transactions, entities that assist with payment card fraud prevention, and merchants. We share personal information to process electronic transactions and other activities that you request. We may also share personal information to protect electronic payment transactions against fraud, and to ensure the security of the transaction and our payment processing system. For example, in this context we provide card issuers with information about their cardholders’ transactions that MasterCard processes. In addition, we may share personal information with other third parties with the consent of the individual to whom the information pertains, or as otherwise directed by your financial institution.
We also may share the information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf. We authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information only as necessary to perform certain services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We require these service providers by contract to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of personal information they process on our behalf.
MasterCard transfers personal data within the MasterCard group of affiliated companies subject to the terms of this privacy notice or otherwise as we disclose to you at the time the data is collected.
On our websites, you may choose to use certain features for which we partner with other entities. These features, which include social networking and geo-location tools, are operated by third parties, clearly identified as such, and not affiliated with MasterCard. These third parties may use personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We strongly suggest you review the third parties’ privacy policies if you use the relevant features.
We also may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, or (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.
We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use personal information you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all our website features.
You can at any time tell us not to send you marketing communications by e-mail by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the marketing e-mails you receive from us or by contacting us as indicated below. You also may opt-out of receiving marketing e-mails from MasterCard by clicking here. As indicated above, we may anonymize personal information to perform data analyses. If your employer provides your personal information to MasterCard, you may have certain choices with respect to MasterCard’s use or disclosure of the information. Please contact your employer to learn about and amend your choices.
You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us, or object at any time on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal information. We will apply your preferences going forward. In some circumstances, withdrawing your consent to MasterCard’s use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you cannot take advantage of certain MasterCard products or services.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive information about the personal information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. The right to access personal information may be limited in some circumstances by local law requirements. To learn more, please contact us as set forth below.
To exercise before MasterCard any of the above referred rights or any other data protection right provided by applicable law, you simply need to request such exercise in writing by sending a letter to MasterCard at the address that is provided below in the section How To Contact Us below, and/or by sending us an email by using the link that is provided in the aforementioned section below.
To update your preferences, or to ask us to remove your information from our mailing lists or submit a request, please contact us as specified below.
In addition to your right of access to your personal data, with respect to the same information you also have rectification rights and the right to have your personal information deleted. The exercise of the right to withdrawn from the Program will prevent MasterCard from use any personal information provided by you in connection with this Program. However, MasterCard reserves the right to keep such information for a period not exceeding the applicable statute of limitations to respond to any legal inquiries and other legal actions related to your participation in the Program and other legal proceedings where MasterCard is or may be held as a party of, or in compliance with an order/requirement received by MasterCard from a competent regulator or authority with jurisdiction, in accordance to applicable law. Upon the lapse of the applicable statute of limitations, your personal data deleted. In these cases the blocking of your personal data implies that during the blocking period your personal data will not be used by MasterCard except only and exclusively when that is necessary in relation to a legal proceeding to which MasterCard is actually a party of or may be considered a party of the same, as well it may be used to comply with a requirement received by MasterCard from a regulator or from a competent authority under applicable legislation. Upon the lapse of the blocking period your personal data will be deleted from our data bases.
The procedure to exercise your personal data protection rights before MasterCard is the following:
In all cases, your request to exercise data protection rights must be made in writing and contain and/or enclose the following:
I. The name of the data owner and its domicile and/or other means to communicate to the same our response to the request received;
II. The documents needed to evidence the data owner’s identity or, when applicable its proxy’s identity and legal representation faculties;
III. The specific indication of the data protection right which you wish to exercise; and,
IV. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the exercise of any data protection rights is pursued.
The validity of your request to exercise any data protection rights requires that the same meets all the requirements provided for it under the applicable legislation. In all cases the requestor shall accredit its status as owner of the personal data or alternatively its proxy condition with respect to the owner of the data as it may correspond.
MasterCard will notify you of its decision within the term that is provided in the applicable law.
