Céleste
Before moving to London, chef Florian Favario spent five years working under the guidance of the three Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon at the sister hotel, Le Bristol Paris. This experience enabled Chef Florian to work towards the Michelin star for Céleste, first achieved in October 2016 and awarded again in October 2017.
