The Experience

Join Chef Brauliio Hernandez, formerly of Kings Co Imperial, at Hidden Leaf Dumpling Bar for an interactive lesson on Dim Sum preparation and learn how to make your own dumplings. You'll meet at the Manhattan West Plaza restaurant on the lower level, where you'll sip a complimentary beverage before donning an apron and getting ready to cook. Then, you'll watch and learn how to make three kinds of dim sum, following along with the chef as he demonstrates the deft culinary techniques necessary for artfully crafted dumplings, dipping sauces, and more.
