The Experience

Take your taste buds on a trek across culinary borders with the first joint-hands menu available at Mastercard's newly launched restaurant – LUMA. Chef Bjoern Alexander, former executive chef from a local Michelin 2-star restaurant has proudly partnered with the kitchen team at LUMA, to create an exclusive multi-cuisine menu.

 

The acclaimed German-born chef has worked in Michelin-rated restaurants around the globe, before leading the culinary team at Octavium to obtain two-Michelin-Star status. Having recently relocated to Singapore to open his new restaurant MATERA, Chef Bjoern is returning to Hong Kong just for this special collaboration!

 

Guests can enjoy an evening of surprising and delicate flavour combinations whilst savouring the beautiful surrounds of the 1881 Heritage Building.
