Restaurant JAG Singapore is the youngest French fine dining establishment recognised with a Michelin star in Singapore. The brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Gillon and the talented managing director Anant Tyagi, this French fine dining concept in Duxton is one of our favourites, for very good reason. Utilising over 40 indigenous aromatic herbs sourced from the surrounding Savoie Alps, the menu is tailor made for each diner using fresh seasonal ingredients. With just 16 seats, the restaurant is extremely intimate, and diners are lucky enough to watch the masters at work in the open kitchen.
