Pan.Delirio
Pan.Delirio is a bakery that claims the raw material, the product and the good work. They use sourdough, organic flours, stone-ground, certified without additives and a lot of love for each of their products: artisan breads, King's Bread or pastries. During the last two years, its owners –Javier Cocheteux father and son– have been recognized with different awards in the Community of Madrid, among which are: Best Gastronomic Shop, Best Artisan King's Bread and "Miga de Oro".
