For more than two decades, Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery has been a fixture in Chicago, creating wine and mead using locally produced ingredients. The meads produced at Wild Blossom are among the most sustainably produced beverages in the world. With more than 30 years of winemaking experience, Wild Blossom is the first winery in Chicago and the only producer of mead on the Northern Illinois Wine Trail. Wild Blossom also raises their own bees and collects their own honey.
