Pipeline Bakeshop's mission is to provide wholesome baked goods that are reminiscent of Grandma's classic homemade local Hawaiian treats. As a Native Hawaiian, it was important to owner Gayla Young that she create a company that would embrace her heritage, specifically the surrounding ocean and beaches of the islands. The goal was to have everyone get a taste of aloha when they walk through the doors and to connect friends, families, and communities by sharing their quality baked goods. Quality is important to Pipeline which is why they make everything from scratch in house.
