Mille-Feuille Bakery

Mille-feuille Bakery was started in 2011, as a passion project from former computer scientist Olivier Dessyn with the invaluable support of his wife Nathalie. Olivier began studying and training while living at home in Paris; eventually working for such distinguished names as The Ritz Hotel and Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé. After he felt confident enough, he made the big move to New York and set up shop. In 2012, due to popular demand, Mille-feuille Bakery started macaron classes, then Croissant-making, followed by Mille-feuille classes, which Vogue Magazine has voted the best baking classes in NYC. Each class is taught by a French-born chef who introduces you to the fine-honed skills of pastry baking: you learn, you have fun, and you leave with your very own delicious creations.
