The Elysian Whisky Bar is a small cosy whisky bar, which started in December 2016. Their focus is on independent bottlings and they also carry a range of rare and vintage whiskies. The atmosphere is very much like the whisky bars of Japan; cosy, warm and with a treasure cove of whiskies. The Elysian Whisky Bar is also Australian Bartender Magazine's "Whisky Bar of the Year 2018" and Time Out Magazine's Best Bar Team winner (2018) and People's Choice Bar (2018 & 2019).
