With high, pressed metal ceilings, historic cellar and cosy fairy-lighted courtyard, it is full of intimate spaces to explore and enjoy, all presided over from a lofty height by the peacock in residence, Proud Henry himself. Featuring over 260 artisan gins (as well as a selection of boutique wines from Australia and beyond) the extensive selection means there is always something new to try.
