Go behind the scenes of popular restaurant Bennelong during a 45 minutes masterclass with the head chef at the Cured & Cultured counter. Enjoy 3 entrees while you learn from the chef about where he sources ingredients and how he prepares his signature dishes. After he teaches you how to shuck oysters and prepare red claw yabbies, you'll take a seat in The Circle dining room for a main course and dessert, specially selected by the chef and paired with premium Australian wines.
