Born and raised in Leiria, Portugal, Leandro’s career began in Lisbon restaurants before he travelled around the Basque country and the Middle East. He eventually settled in London, the city he now calls home. Londrino is a culmination of all these culinary influences, using food and wine as the platform to explore cultures.
