Stevie Parle opened his first restaurant, Dock Kitchen, in 2009 and has only gone from strength to strength. His passion for genuine rustic food and refutation of fine-dining shows itself in the full flavours coming from his kitchen. Richard Blackwell, Luke Frankie and Anna Garcia Cortes all became Head Chefs under his tutelage.
