Chef James Kent has been refining his culinary skills since the age of 15, when the native New Yorker served as a summer apprentice at the TriBeCa institution Bouley. Since then, Chef Kent has helped steer a number of acclaimed New York restaurants to powerhouse status, including the Michelin three-star rated Eleven Madison Park. Currently, Chef Kent serves up seasonal dishes with refined flair as the executive chef of the NoMad. Throughout his distinguished career, he has earned a number of accolades, including a top-ten finish in the legendary Bocuse D'Or international culinary competition in Lyon, France. Chef Kent’s intensely personal approach to food results in emotionally resonant dishes that diners remember for a lifetime.
