Chef Bel Coelho, from Clandestino Restaurant Award-winning Clandestino chef and host of Travel Recipe (TLC Discovery) Chef Bel Coelho discovered her vocation early. Coming from a family of food lovers, she has a strong connection to the kitchen and its many distinct flavors. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), she has worked with top chefs at leading restaurants around the world. Her cuisine is Brazilian and modern, but always maintaining strong ties with classical techniques. Farol Santander Farol Santander has recovered one of São Paulo's main symbols: the Altino Arantes building in the city center. After a long period of renovation, the former Banespa building was renamed the Farol Santander and offers various attractions to the public, especially its loft. It has also become a venue for cultural events.
