Sebastian Schauermann, chef and cookbook writer and behind the vegan fast food chain Taku-Taku, frequent guest chef on TV4 "Nyhetsmorgon", you can hear him on the radio and writing recipes and chronicles in various magazines. Since 2004, he has been in charge of the finger food at the Polar Music Prize and cooked food to greats such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Patti Smith, Sting and others.
